What am I really in for?

Prepare yourself to have fun and to be successful regardless of your racing experience.

What is the daily schedule?

Each morning starts with a short indoor session on body awareness, stretching, and balance. We then move on-snow where training becomes the focus of activities. We break for a short, healthy lunch. After lunch we hold another short indoor session on one of many topics relevant to skiing and racing. Afternoon on-snow sessions then commence. After the lifts close, there is another indoor session.

I'm new to racing. What will I learn?

As a beginning racer, you will gain the understanding and "How To" of fundamental movement patterns in skiing. We'll help your individual body alignment, give you insights into individual equipment selection, help you prioritize your skill development. You'll learn direct application of skills, about race course ettiquette, course tactices, and personal strategies.

I'm an intermediate racer. What's in it for me?

We'll help you to continue to refine your skills, techniques, tactics, and strategies. You'll get a better understanding of your personal strengths, and of areas for more in depth development and improvement.

I've been a race coach at my mountain for years. What else can you teach me?

You'll get to refine your fundamentals, more awareness of your personal performance, more coaching your skills in knowing how much and when to apply them. We'll work with you in becoming your own best coach. Help you to focus on movement analysis of yourself, and of other racers.
