Amy says: "I am a registered dietitian and licensed nutritionist and have been practicing nutrition for about 15 years. I split my practice between northern New Hampshire, where my practice is medical nutrition therapy, and Lake Placid, New York, where my practice is mostly sports nutrition. I have worked with athletes of all ages and abilities, from school aged to Olympic and World Class athletes. I have also been a ski teacher for 16 years and am currently training for the FIS World Cup. I have been working at the Cardenali Race Camps for about 4 years and really have enjoyed meeting many fun people and talking about good nutrition, while improving my own skiing, by participating in the camps."
